What is your application fee?
$75 per applicant 18 years or older
What is the security deposit?
$300 for standard applications
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community with no breed restrictions. Our pet fee is $300 per pet plus an additional $25/month per pet.
AMENITY QUESTIONS
Is there a washer and dryer in each home?
Yes, each home at Founders Yard includes a full-sized washer and dryer.
RESIDENT QUESTIONS
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, we make it easy. You can create a resident account and set up one-time and recurring payments.
Is there a fee to use amenities?
Yes, the yearly fee is $150.
